The benefits of registering
If you are currently a salon / spa professional or in training to be an aesthetician or cosmetologist, you’ll receive professional pricing , on all our items as well as be able to take advantage of special promotions throughout the year! If you aren’t a salon / spa professional, that’s ok! Our clients are very important to us and we care about your hair and skin just as much as you do! By registering, you’ll simplify your checkout process on all orders and be notified throughout the year of any special sales and promotions.
How long will the application process take?
For Retail customers, the registration process is complete upon creating a member profile. You can begin shopping once you have created your account.
For students and salon professionals, after you have completed the registration page and tax-exempt form for Arizona businesses, your application will be sent to our new accounts department for verification and processing before we can activate your account. This process could take up to 24 hours on normal business days but we will work very hard to process your application as fast as we can. Once your application has been verified, we will email you back letting you know that you were approved and you’re ready to shop!

California Customers
Peter Häntz Company is only allowed to sell our Briese Glace and Powershine hairsprays as a VOC 55% blend. We stand by these products and have tested them to be sure they are equal to the quality you have known over the years.
Ordering
Ordering couldn’t be easier.
Sign-in to your account to be sure you are receiving your pricing, select your products in any quantity you need and checkout!
There are no minimums and shipping will be figured for you during the checkout process.
Ordering Step by Step
Step one: Select the product you are looking for by selecting from the menu.
Step two: Browse through a category and click on the image of the product you wish to purchase. You can also quickly ad an item to your shopping cart by clicking on the (+) symbol below the product.
Step three: Enter the quantity you would like and click the “Add to Cart” button.
Step four: Once you have made all your product selections follow the on screen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed and your order number will be provided. An email confirming receipt of your order will arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at 800.999.4247 for assistance. For fastest service, please have your order number available.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within one to two business days (processing time does not include weekend days).
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday
Orders with Priority Shipping (Second Day and Overnight) will be processed the same day if received by 10:30 AM EST.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Shopping Cart
Click on "Cart" on the upper right side of the screen to display a list of items you selected to purchase, the selected quantities of each item, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities while viewing your cart. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added prior to you submitting your order during the checkout process.
Alaska Customers
If you are shipping to an Alaska address your order will be processed and shipped by Peter Häntz distributor, Professional Beauty and Barber Supply of Anchorage, Alaska. The appropriate sales tax and shipping and handling charges will be assessed by them
Checkout
If you haven’t already signed into your account, sign in now and follow the onscreen instructions for the checkout process. Prior to submitting your payment we ask you to verify your order. Sometimes things happen when we don’t mean them to. If you need to make any changes to your order prior to submitting, use the back button and make the necessary changes to your order through your shopping cart.
Payments
Customers can choose from using their credit card on our secure website or may choose to use their existing paypal account.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Sorry, no personal checks.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to an Arizona address will be charged sales tax.
Coupons & Promotions
Coupons and Promotions are valid until posted expiration date and are not valid for previous purchases and cannot be combined with other offers. Peter Hantz Company reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion and its terms & conditions without notice.
Returns
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with any product you ordered from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 30 days. Please note the following in order to be eligible for a refund:
- Item must be returned in the original packaging/condition including all paperwork or manuals and or accessories. Items that are defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
- We cannot accept COD’s for return merchandise
- In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier (UPS) or contact our customer service department for assistance.
- Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, or is defective and was the only item on the order.
- Due to health and hygiene concerns, no exchanges on hair extensions can be accepted.
- Credit has to be issued to the same card used on the original order.
- In order to facilitate the return process, please to provide us your name, salon name, order date, order number, and invoice number.

Shipping and Handling
Our shipping and handling charges will be figured in during the checkout process. All of our orders are shipped by UPS ground unless otherwise noted. Hawaii Customers: Orders will be shipped USPS. If you have any questions concerning the shipment of your order to Hawaii, please contact us via email, orders@peterhantzco.com or call us at 800.999.4247.
Damaged Items
As soon as you receive your order, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for your shipment to show some wear, but in the unfortunate event your package arrives damaged, please contact UPS first and fill out a claim then contact us immediately at 800.999.4247 x 16 and speak with one of our customer service associates. To best assist you, please be sure to have your name / salon name, order date, order number and invoice number available (can be found on the pick list included with your shipment). We also ask you to keep the shipping box, packing materials and damaged products until a resolution has been reached.
